Home nursing brings skilled practice into a person’s everyday surroundings. This role asks you to understand the care plan, notice what changes and deliver the prescribed intervention while respecting the patient’s comfort, privacy and preferences.
You will connect assessment, treatment, documentation and handover. The quality of that connection matters just as much as the visit itself: the patient, family and next clinician should understand the agreed care and the issues that need attention.
