When you feel unwell, getting to a clinic can be another task to manage. Intelligent Care brings medical assessment to your home, hotel or residence in Dubai. WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE?
Explore common reasons for a doctor-at-home consultation. This guide helps you prepare a conversation; your clinician assesses what care is appropriate.
YOUR CONCERN. IN CONTEXT.01Assessment of fever, flu-like illness and respiratory symptoms at home. When symptoms began, how they have changed and any recent contact with illness.
Temperature readings, medicines taken and relevant medical history.
YOUR CONCERN. IN CONTEXT.02A clinical review of symptoms, history and next steps. Describe the pattern, timing and any accompanying symptoms.

Your diagnosis, inhaler or medicine list and recent care notes.
YOUR CONCERN. IN CONTEXT.12Coordinate follow-up and next steps after hospital care. Bring the discharge instructions, medicines and outstanding follow-up into one conversation.

WHAT A VISIT BRINGS
An examination is one part of good care. Listening, clinical judgement and an explained plan turn a visit into a useful next step.

Your symptoms, medical history, medicines and concerns shape the consultation.
The doctor chooses the appropriate observations and examination for your clinical situation.
Understand the findings, the proposed next step and any signs that need further care.
Equipment and clinical observations are selected according to your needs. Additional investigations or specialist care are agreed separately.
FROM FIRST CONTACT TO FOLLOW-UP
One connected journey, with clear decisions along the way. Explore each step to see what you and your care team bring to it.

Share the symptoms, who needs care and where they are. Our team checks the appropriate route before arranging a visit.

Your clinician reviews your history and symptoms, carries out the assessment and explains the findings.

This may be a treatment plan, a test, follow-up or referral. Additional services are discussed separately.

Keep your visit information together and contact our team for the next agreed step.
SMART HEALTH. WITH YOU.
The visit is one moment. Your care is the whole journey. Bring the appointment, agreed plan and next conversation into focus.
Keep the selected service, person, location and agreed appointment in view. A visit and an ongoing care plan have different arrangements; the care team helps coordinate the details.
Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and laboratory services can contribute different parts of your care. The important connection is what each person is doing, why, and when the plan should be reviewed.
Laboratory findings, changing symptoms and progress at home can all affect the next step. Keep your questions and relevant records together for the conversation with your clinical team.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PERSPECTIVE
A doctor consultation considers your wider clinical picture. Get to know the general-practice perspective behind Intelligent Care, with a professional profile you can verify.
Intelligent CareGeneral practiceDr Toqa Ibrahim is a DHA-licensed General Practitioner with Alpha Intelligent Care Home Healthcare Center. Her clinical profile brings the general-practice perspective into our approach to care at home.
A homecare conversation starts with the person: what has changed, what support is needed and how care can fit into everyday life. General practice provides an important point of connection between that conversation and the next clinical step.
Dr Toqa’s current DHA registration lists General Practitioner at Alpha Intelligentcare Home Health Care Center. Her profile anchors the general-practice perspective within Intelligent Care’s clinical expertise.
THE WHOLE PICTURE
A one-off illness, a long-term condition or recovery after hospital can call for different kinds of support. The assessment helps identify the right combination.

A home consultation is more than an isolated visit. The clinician considers the concern in the context of your existing conditions, medicines and recent care. Where further investigation is appropriate, the team can coordinate diagnostics with Intel Lab or connect you with another service.
A child, an older parent and an adult managing a long-term condition may need different expertise. Share those details when you contact us so the visit can be matched to the person. Specialist consultations and additional services are arranged according to the need; the standard doctor-visit price does not imply every specialty is included.
If the clinician recommends blood, urine or other investigations, the appropriate tests can be selected from our laboratory catalogue. Collection and laboratory analysis are distinct services, with clear item pricing and preparation guidance. Results support the clinical assessment; they do not replace it.
General practice, family medicine, internal medicine, paediatrics, gynaecology, geriatrics and clinical psychology are among the disciplines our care team can discuss. Ongoing needs can include chronic illness, orthopaedic care, post-hospital cardiac follow-up, palliative support and mental health.
The right clinician, scope and fee are confirmed for the individual need. A standard home visit does not include every specialty.
A LITTLE PREPARATION. MORE CLARITY.
Keep the information that matters within reach. You do not need every item to start a conversation with our patient care team.
