Meet Intelligent Care

Technology-enabled care. Brought to people.

Intelligent Care brings clinical expertise and practical support to people in their homes and to organisations in the places they work. Doctors, nurses, therapists, caregivers and patient-care colleagues connect the person’s needs with an appropriate plan and the resources to deliver it.

The wider Intelligent Care Group brings together care delivery, diagnostic science and health technology. For this role, that means understanding your own contribution and the people around it: the colleague preparing a visit, the clinician interpreting a result and the team keeping the next step clear.

Why this work matters

Your work.
Someone’s next step.

Rehabilitation at home starts with the activities a person wants to return to. You will assess movement and function in the environment where those activities happen, then develop an individual plan that connects clinical reasoning with practical goals.

The work combines skilled intervention, patient education and ongoing evaluation. A clear explanation can make an exercise more achievable; a careful review can show when the plan needs to change. Progress should be meaningful to the patient and visible to the wider team.
