Meet Intelligent Care

Technology-enabled care. Brought to people.

Intelligent Care brings clinical expertise and practical support to people in their homes and to organisations in the places they work. Doctors, nurses, therapists, caregivers and patient-care colleagues connect the person’s needs with an appropriate plan and the resources to deliver it.

The wider Intelligent Care Group brings together care delivery, diagnostic science and health technology. For this role, that means understanding your own contribution and the people around it: the colleague preparing a visit, the clinician interpreting a result and the team keeping the next step clear.

Why this work matters

Your work.
Someone’s next step.

A first enquiry may arrive with uncertainty, practical questions or a family member organising care for someone else. Your role is to listen, capture the requirement accurately and help the person understand the appropriate next step.

You connect conversations with appointments and team arrangements. Good coordination means checking details, routing clinical questions to clinicians and communicating changes clearly, so the person does not have to rebuild the same conversation at every stage.
