Meet Intelligent Care

Technology-enabled care. Brought to people.

Intelligent Care brings clinical expertise and practical support to people in their homes and to organisations in the places they work. Doctors, nurses, therapists, caregivers and patient-care colleagues connect the person’s needs with an appropriate plan and the resources to deliver it.

The wider Intelligent Care Group brings together care delivery, diagnostic science and health technology. For this role, that means understanding your own contribution and the people around it: the colleague preparing a visit, the clinician interpreting a result and the team keeping the next step clear.

Why this work matters

Your work.
Someone’s next step.

Insurance coordination connects a person’s care needs with the documentation and communication required by their insurer or administrator. The work calls for organised case records, careful follow-up and an accurate understanding of what has and has not been confirmed.

You work with clinical and patient-care colleagues to gather the relevant information, track requests and keep each next step visible. Clear communication matters: eligibility checks and approval processes must not become promises of cover before the payer has responded.
