Meet Intel Lab

Diagnostic science. Connected to care.

Intel Lab connects sample collection, laboratory analysis, clinical interpretation and diagnostic reporting. Its work supports individuals, clinicians and healthcare organisations, with laboratory and collection colleagues contributing different expertise to the same diagnostic journey.

Within Intelligent Care Group, laboratory science sits alongside care delivery and health technology. The person behind a sample may never meet everyone involved in the result. That makes careful technique, traceable information and clear communication between colleagues especially meaningful.

Why this work matters

Your work.
Someone’s next step.

Quality systems are most useful when they support the way work actually happens. This role helps connect laboratory procedures, records, checks and follow-up so colleagues can see the evidence behind a process and act on what needs improvement.

You will support audit preparation, track nonconformities and corrective actions, and help keep training and competency records clear. The contribution is practical: work with the team to understand an issue, document the response and check that the action has been followed through.
