Our roots in the Dubai Healthcare Services market date more than two decades back when the medical laboratory arm of our group was formed and received its Health Authority license, one of the first licensed laboratories in Dubai. It was the year 2002.
Over five years ago, our team was formed and decided to bring together multispecialty expertise in the healthcare services and unite under the same group brand of our Home Healthcare and Medical services company, Intelligent Care. Still, none of our plans would be possible without the key ingredient to our strategy, the support of one of GCC’s leading entrepreneurs with more than 40 years successful track record in UAE.
In 2021, we rebranded our group to Intelligent Care Group and today we combine an extensive range of clinical capabilities spearheaded by our Homecare & Medical Services company (Intelligent Care) and our full-range Medical Laboratory (Intel Lab).
In the UAE, we have launched and operated some of the biggest Homecare companies, across all seven Emirates, addressing the needs of patients and insurances. Our team has serviced over 500 patients on 24/7 intensive at home coverage of all categories of care (simple, intermediate, intensive, critical) through a specialized team of medical professionals, trained and mobilized according to the individual needs of our patients (ICU, pediatric, geriatric, post-trauma or other).
In Dubai, we were for many years a key partner to Insurances and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) ensuring the highest level of complexity and clinical compliance to the demanding needs of homecare administration and operation. Today, we have coverage on all insurance networks that include homecare services and we address the Dubai community with a proposition that delivers on the needs of their beloved ones, with an every expanding, trained and clinically robust team and medical staff.
During the pandemic, we were amongst the pioneers and the front-runners of innovation in delivering solutions to governments, companies and patients. From extended screening solutions (RT-PCR testing), to the design and operation of laboratories and isolation / care-giving facilities. We have launched medical laboratories in 3 different continents.
